OUR PROCESS
Scientific and unbiased, our process provides you with the least toxic cosmetic products for your daily use. This is achieved using the manufacturer's listed product ingredients (sometimes more than a 100), and analyzing each to determine how many have toxic chemicals which produces a product-specific ToxScoreTM (see Green boxes).
We then consider your skin/health profile and locality. For example, certain chemicals are especially harmful to pregnant women because their toxicity can flow through to a fetus. Other chemicals are especially harmful to breastfeeding infants. Still other chemicals are not recommended for women who have or at risk for cancer, or for teens with acne. And on and on! To do this we compare YOUR personal skin, health profile and real time location against our proprietary product database. The result is a curated, personalized list of the safest products for you to use (see the Purple box).
